Empire, Colorado (Original) 18 E. Park Ave. on the west side of U.S. 40 in Empire
This is the original Hard Rock Cafe, dating back to 1934, and named for the miners that were its early customers. It predates and is not affiliated with Hard Rock Cafe, Inc. Named here as the Original location, for lack of another word, but it does not try to emulate HRC (it is the first one after all). Stop by and try the Mexican burger, swimming in homemade green chile and wrapped in a tortilla, or get the breakfast burrito, BLT or the malted waffles (a house specialty). Our group recommends stopping by if in Colorado! |
